Sunward Builders Inc. delivers commercial construction and tenant improvements throughout Orange County. Our scope covers office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, medical and professional suites, warehouses, and mixed use improvements, from full tenant build outs to targeted refreshes and structural modifications.
As a licensed general contractor with an in house C-10 electrical division, we keep a large share of the critical path under our own control. Power distribution, lighting, panels, and low voltage work are handled by our own crew, which means fewer subs to coordinate, tighter schedules, and cleaner inspections.
You will work directly with the owners, Matt Nazari and Amir Baradaran Rafii, from the first walkthrough of the space to the final punch list. Clear, itemized pricing and weekly progress updates are standard on every commercial project we take on.
